They have a lot in common.

The Prime Minister of Myanmar Junta Min Aung Hlaing visited Lukashenka. They are holding talks in the palace in Minsk.

Lukashenka proposed Min Aung Hlaing to define a number of fundamental joint projects for further development of cooperation.

It should be noted that the two regimes have a lot in common. For example, the International Labor Organization used Article 33 of its Charter, which implies a call for a full trade embargo, only twice: against the Lukashenka regime and the junta in Myanmar.
